- The Spits have two entries in the slightly schizophrenic All-Canadian Music Index. Entry #1 is alright, but we hope to have a new, improved version online soon. Entry #2 has different (and incorrect) info. Pat and Laura told me themselves that they write songs together--it's not just Pat who writes.
- imusic runs a Leslie Spit Treeo bulletin board.
- Joe Hardy engineered and mixed Book of Rejection and Hell's Kitchen. He also helped produce Hell's Kitchen.
- Wheels, aka John Hurlbut, engineered chunks of Chocolate Chip Cookie and worked on the Book of Rejection beds.
- Graeme Kirkland played drums on Don't Cry Too Hard
- Rob Canner co-wrote "All Is Not Lost", sang backup vocals and played guitar tracks on Chocolate Chip Cookies.
- Randy Bachman (of Bachman-Turner Overdrive and Guess Who) played lead guitar on some songs on Book of Rejection.
- Ralph Alfonso did design on Don't Cry Too Hard.
- CDDB, whose purpose is to make the proper song titles appear when your computer plays CDs, lists Book of Rejection and Don't Cry Too Hard, and the sound track to Bruce McDonald's Dance Me Outside.
- Microsoft's Music Central thinks Don't Cry Too Hard was their only album.
