Woofie Bark Woof. Here I am writing another foreward on yet another CD, trying to figure out what's really changed. Oh sure, I got a few more bunions. . . and it takes me a little longer to get up and down the stairs, but I still enjoy a good roll in the grass.
I'll tell you one thing that's changed, they finally recorded one of my songs. It' all about being a dog and my interactions with humans, something I know. I know a lot of other things too, but I don't think the human brain is quite yet ready to hear about them in a song. It's A Dog's Life (ID 10 on cookie 2). If you ever want to hear the track after mine (Pretending) on its own, you won't be able to. They share the same ID#. Genius, eh? But enough about me. There is something for everyone on this album, even your cat.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the numerous humans who helped make this album a reality.
Chocolate Chip Cookies is dedicated to Laura's brother Martin, who has always had a kind word for me and even an occasional pizza crust.
